Master P Gives Tour Of Most Expensive House In The World For His Youtube Series, Master P Reviews

Master P’s wealth has recently been brought into question thanks to beef with his son Romeo Miller. The No Limit Records CEO is usually synonymous with excess and money, but these days some are worried it has all been a facade. Master P is unfazed and has continued to try and educate the masses on financial success through his various different projects.

One of his many projects is his youtube series Master P Reviews. In one episode, P reviewed the most expensive house in the world. In the clip, Master P introduced his friend Nile Naimi. Naimi is a former film producer who made 15 films before shifting his sights to real estate. His foray into property selling proved to be incredibly lucrative, and he managed to sell a Holmby Hills mansion for a reported $44 million to a Saudi buyer. He then sold a second home valued at $39 million to Sean Diddy Combs. Soon after, he began working with architect Paul McClean to build “mega-mansions.”

Master P gave us a walk-through of one of the biggest, christened “The One.” Valued at over $550 million, the house is the largest in the world at over 105,000 square feet. Master P called Nile’s story “The Real American Dream” due to Nile’s humble beginnings and dedication to giving back. P and his son Romeo Miller toured the property together while Nile explained that they planned on putting a boxing ring in his backyard.

P discusses how much adversity they’ve been through and asks Niles to discuss some of that. While Master P grew up in the projects and had to result to illegal activity to get his family out of the hood, Nile was raised by a single mother who is a special education teacher. “We look [at] who got this and who got what, but sometimes you have to be thankful for what you have.” Romeo chimed in, saying, “and we can’t take none of this with us.”

Nile says that the house was so much bigger than just a property; he wants it to be a commercial for technology. He revealed plans to use it to host events that would eventually pay for the value of the house and then some. Nile says he plans on the profit trickling down to help others in the process. “I don’t need all that money.” Romeo argues, “we work hard, so we don’t have to leave our house.”

Master P opened up about his plans to help reinvest money into one of his son’s schools by investing in better sporting equipment and even buying property near the college to pour into the community. Niles took them on a tour of the full house and joked that he did not know how many bathrooms the property had. Since this tour, Nile has auctioned the property off because he could not get his initial asking price of $295 million.

“The One” was auctioned off for $127 million and is currently the most expensive house to ever be auctioned off in the United States.
