Germany Gave Us A Home After You Rejected Us”-Migrant Gays Mock Ghanaians [Video

A group of Ghanaian gays based in Germany are currently over moon following the love and support the people in Germany showed them after they were rejected in Ghana. The Ghana Parliament is on the verge to criminalize the practice of homosexuality and same-sex relationships in the country. The Anti-Gay bill led by the member of parliament of Ningo-Prampram, Sam Nartey George have proposed to the parliament to have the practice completely abolished in Ghana.

A few days ago, a video surfaced online that captured the moment a Ghanaian gay and his German lover tied the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony. The event was graced by some friends and families of the couple believed to be involved in the practice.

In a video sighted on Facebook, a group of Ghanaian gays based in Germany said they are happy they have been accepted in Germany after they got rejected in Ghana.

According to them, being yourself is more essential than conforming to what society expects of you since you would be living a lie if you do.

“We are trending and they are bleeding. We are now in Germany as a family because you people said you don’t want us. We are trending and you are bleeding,” the group said.

The video has since generated mixed reactions on social media as many lament on how these Ghanaians enjoy engaging in a practice that goes against the rule of God and against the culture in Ghana.
