Beenie man warned he could lose his leg this is circumstances beyond my control,' said the dancehall

DANCEHALL SENSATION Beenie Man could be at risk of losing his leg, doctors have warned.
The Jamaican-born artist reportedly fractured his ankle after he was hit by a taxi while riding a bike in the Corporate Area, Kingston in late November this year.
He received treatment in hospital but soon jetted off to Barbados to headline an event with other dancehall and soca superstars Bounty Killer, Popcaan, and Machel Montana.
He also flew to London to take to the stage with Mr. Vegas.
However, doctors have now urged the jet-setting singer to rest or he could be at risk of losing his foot forever.
In a video posted to social media, Beenie Man was seen alongside his orthopedic surgeon who stressed his injury could lead to possible amputation.

“He has an injury to the right ankle and it is recommended that he stays at home, [and] elevate the foot because if not there is the potential of him losing the foot; the possibility of amputation is very high. So I recommend that he does not travel any long distances, worst by aircraft,” his surgeon said.
The singer-songwriter, also known as a deejay, told his fans: “Big big apologies to all my fans and well-wishers; to the promoters. There are circumstances beyond my control.
“People it’s no joke, I got a sprain and a cut and I took it for a joke. I went to England and I went to Israel and I made it worse so in order for my foot to get better I have to rest.”
Beenie Man has now been forced to step away from his contractual agreements and has canceled all his upcoming gigs.
He was due to perform in Grenada.
